Job summary

Hilti Far East Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Engineer (Pull Out Tester) to support sales teams with on-site testing at customer locations. You will ensure tests meet company quality standards and document results thoroughly, with reports co-signed by your supervisor.

You will also maintain testing equipment in top condition and handle secure transport. The role emphasises training, mentoring, and early career development in a globally known organization.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent (Nitec/Higher Nitec or Technical Diploma accepted).
• Good interpersonal skills with customer orientation.
• Ability to approach problems with an agile mindset.
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing at customer sites in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of test activities and results, and ensure test reports are reviewed and co-signed.
• Maintain all testing equipment in excellent condition, including secure transport and proper storage.
