Job summary

EYE-2-EYE COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Engineer to support maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of advanced hardware systems used in healthcare imaging and additive manufacturing.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair hardware, and assist in pre-sales demonstrations while training hands-on with equipment. The role requires a practical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience servicing hardware in IT, medical, or 3D printing fields.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and equipment care best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on IT, medical, and 3D hardware systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Conduct diagnostic checks and repair hardware issues to minimize downtime
• Support pre-sales technical activities by setting up equipment and demonstrating functionality to clients
• Participate in structured, hands-on training to master equipment and tools used in the role
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective service to clients
• Communicate professionally with customers to handle service scenarios clearly and effectively
• Work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to complete tasks accurately
• Operate confidently in live, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments
