Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to install, commission, repair and maintain on-site electrical and mechanical equipment. The role involves delivering technical support to customers and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The candidate should hold a relevant diploma and is expected to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining accurate service documentation and adhering to safety standards. Training is provided for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC/NTC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical repair is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain on-site the Company's products and components.
• Provide effective and efficient technical support to customers.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on technical and service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and records.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead.

Job description

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, conducting repair and maintenance on Company’s products and components on-site.
• Maintain work quality by providing effective and efficient technical support to customer.
• Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITC/NTC qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.
• Fresh school-leavers are welcome to apply (Training provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.
• Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
• Organised in carrying out tasks and maintaining records.
