Job summary

Telistar Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resource Planner to optimize field service resource deployment and ensure accurate contract billing. This role supports operational KPIs, revenue realization, and contract compliance by coordinating service activities with cross-functional teams.

You will plan, schedule, and monitor Field Service Engineers, ensure timely preventive maintenance, and drive improvements in planning efficiency and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning, service coordination, or service operations administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service engineers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Optimize resource utilization balancing customer needs and engineer availability.
• Maintain accurate Installed Base records for planning and service execution.
• Coordinate billing submissions and support to ensure timely contract billing.
• Monitor service cases and work orders to meet SLAs and billing readiness.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Project, Field Service, and Customer Service teams.
• Identify and resolve exceptions in works orders and billing to maintain data integrity.
