Job summary

Telistar Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Resource Planner in Singapore to optimize field service resource deployment and ensure accurate contract billing. You will support KPIs, revenue realization, and contract compliance by coordinating service activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key duties include scheduling engineers, balancing resource utilization, and ensuring preventive maintenance is completed within contractual timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning, service coordination, or service operations administration.
• Knowledge of service management systems such as ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent CRM/ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service engineers for preventive maintenance, installations, and changes.
• Optimize resource utilization balancing customer needs, SLA requirements, and engineer availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet contractual timelines and grace periods.
• Maintain Installed Base records to support maintenance planning and service execution.
• Coordinate manpower allocation for projects and service campaigns.
• Manage service requests via hotline, email, and system-generated cases in ServiceMax.
• Verify entitlement, warranty status, and contract coverage before planning.
• Monitor work orders to ensure timely progression and closure within SLAs.
• Communicate schedules and case status to customers.
• Drive closure of completed service activities for accurate billing.
• Review documents to ensure billing readiness and policy adherence.
• Coordinate billing submissions and queries with Finance and Shared Services.
• Monitor unbilled activities and reduce backlog and revenue leakage.
• Track KPIs related to planning, maintenance compliance, and billing performance.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and teams to align processes.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Identify and resolve exceptions in work orders, service cases, and billing.
