Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to support overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment with guidance from seniors.
• Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support projects and assignments to meet organizational goals.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
