Job summary

Dräger Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Assistant Field Service Engineer - Breathing Apparatus.

You will manage service orders, coordinate with Service, Logistics, and other departments, and act as the primary contact for customers. The role covers equipment commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, service reports, and warranty repairs. A Diploma with 1-3 years' experience or Higher Nitec with 5-6 years is required; hands-on pneumatic and mechanical

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Nitec with related service/engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
Experience in semiconductor/oil & gas/process industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned service orders from initiation through completion with Service, Logistics and other departments.
Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders with updates on issues and schedules.
Perform equipment commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs.
Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency service requests to minimize downtime.
Prepare and communicate technical findings and service reports clearly to customers and stakeholders.
Participate in service-related projects and equipment enhancement initiatives.
