Job summary
Murata Machinery Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AMHS technician to join the Clean Factory Automation team.
You will install, test, and calibrate automated material handling systems at customer sites and ensure proper system setup. The role reports to project sites for most hours and requires you to perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with customers to schedule jobs. Qualifications
- ITE Diploma in engineering or related field.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Teamwork, positive attitude and adaptability to learn.
- Ability to plan tasks to meet project schedules.
- Some AMHS experience is a significant advantage.
- Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and calibrate AMHS equipment during initial project phase.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance after installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AMHS issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs and provide progress updates.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
