Job summary

Unlimit is expanding a high-intensity lead generation program to accelerate merchant acquisition for its acquiring and banking solutions. The role suits a motivated field sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment, driving volume, relationships, and measurable results across territory.

You will develop referral partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and serve as the primary representative within your assigned region.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales with a track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to establish and grow partnerships via referral networks and agents.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with brokers and channel partners.
• Comfortable with structured sales processes and outreach strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard referral partners such as agents and corporate service providers.
• Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network.
• Maintain long-term relationships to maximize referral activity and growth.
• Deliver presentations on acquiring and banking solutions to partners and merchants.
• Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development.
• Gather market feedback and partner insights to inform improvements.
• Keep CRM records updated with meetings, agreements, referrals, and activities.
• Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion targets.
• Ensure strong activation rates and sustained referral flow.
