in Singapore seeks an operations coordinator to oversee office coordination, site productivity, and daily field operations, while managing equipment availability and maintenance. You will coordinate manpower and subcontractors, enforce Workplace Safety & Health compliance through briefings, audits, and incident investigations, and generate essential safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office and field operations to maintain productivity
• Plan and coordinate manpower and resources to meet project demands
• Liaise with subcontractors to align work schedules and resolve operational issues
• Manage equipment upkeep by tracking inventory and performing first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Generate technical and safety documentation, including but limit to Risk Assessments (RA) and Method of Statements (MOS), to support project compliance
• Facilitate tool-box safety briefings to communicate safety protocols and updates to the team
• Support internal safety campaigns to promote a culture of workplace safety and health
• Participate in incident investigation reporting to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with cross-functional tasks and miscellaneous operational requirements as determined by business priorities and management direction.
