Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Site Supervisor cum Site Safety Coordinator in Singapore. You will assist the Site Supervisor to identify and assess workplace risks, ensure equipment safety certificates are in place, and ensure workers wear PPE at all times.

You will conduct daily safety inspections, enforce MOM regulations, and liaise with site operations to maintain health and environmental controls. A strong background in safety management and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical health and safety experience in building construction.
• WSH qualification and safety officer certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Supervisor to identify, review and assess risk arising from the workplace.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are in good condition with necessary certificates.
• Ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and enforce compliance with MOM acts and regulations.
• Liaise with site operations staff on safety and health issues; ensure regulatory compliance.
