Job summary

Amgen Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineer I (Maintenance) to provide field-facing technical support for plant utilities and mechanical maintenance within a GMP manufacturing environment.

You will lead troubleshooting, improve preventive maintenance, and guide technicians and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable maintenance execution. Strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and planning teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires field-facing technical maintenance oversight in GMP manufacturing.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based technical oversight for utilities and maintenance activities at the job site.
• Drive maintenance and improvement by prioritizing field issues and validating PM execution.
• Collaborate with system owners and technicians to improve reliability and PM tasks.
• Coordinate work orders, scoping, and resources to ensure field readiness.
• Guide technicians and coordinate with contractors for safe, compliant maintenance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA-related activities.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures and job plans.
