Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service technician to support installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of power and machinery equipment at customer sites.

You will perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners, coordinate site activities, and prepare service reports while ensuring safety standards. Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components, wiring, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of power and machinery equipment at customer sites.
• Perform basic mechanical/electrical assembly, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records and spare parts documentation.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for site work.
