Job summary

AEQON is seeking a technician to maintain CCTV surveillance and Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and support project activities with on-site testing and commissioning. You will perform site surveys, provide on-site technical support, and ensure safety and quality across maintenance tasks.

The role requires a Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Security Engineering, analytical skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Team player with the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Training will be provided
• Preferable Class 3 or 3A driving license
• Able to work at height
• Experience at Changi Airport

Responsibilities

• Perform site survey with customers to capture essential requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders received by Project and Customer Care departments.
• Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on CCTV surveillance, EACS and other Associate systems.
• Conduct testing & commissioning of cameras, EACS and other devices for integration with backend system switches.
• Prepare investigation and fault-finding reports, with root cause analysis, for submission to customers.
• Carry out risk assessments and always adhere to site safety requirements.
• Prepare & update fault logs and summary report for customers.
• Track & update records of all hardware inventory spares used.
• Able to perform frequent Work-at-Height activities safely and effectively, while actively participating in physically demanding manual work at project and maintenance sites.
• Perform 24x7 standby duties and/or covering shift duties to support operation team when necessary.
