Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical support for MRO activities, lead maintenance initiatives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects. Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to proprietary and non-proprietary products.
• Conduct failure investigation and prepare reports for problems or issues based on findings from facts, research, studies and makes necessary recommendations and submits to relevant authority for approval.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of mechanical systems inclusive of engine, transmission, powerpack and driveline, and scopes of work to ensure MRO operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Document work procedures based on technical requirements for the MRO components.
• Analyse and interpret test information to resolve repair related problems.
• Design, maintain, service and implement components to integrate into in-service systems and interpret specifications and drawings for any re-engineering work.
• Training technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Lead for a Platform to ensure the MRO Component serviceability is met at all times.
• Engage in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential technical hazards in alignment with best industry practices.
• Guarantee strict adherence to safety regulations, customer standards, and organisational policies, fostering a culture of safety compliance at all levels
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes by leveraging innovative engineering solutions and technological advancements.
