MORIMATSU PHARMADULE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Engineer to support pharmaceutical project execution and site activities in GMP environments. The role focuses on on-site technical support, installation oversight, and compliance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has experience in regulated manufacturing, with strong communication and travel readiness to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site engineering support for pharmaceutical equipment and systems.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities in GMP environments (if applicable).
• Ensure site works comply with engineering standards, safety, and GMP regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Prepare site reports, commissioning records, and technical documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance and system optimization when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiar with utilities / process systems / equipment installation (advantage)
• Knowledge of GMP requirements is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in project site environment and travel if required
• Team player with strong problem-solving ability
