Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site data center operations and implement infrastructure projects.
• Install servers, network and security gear and cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network components.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for racks, power, and cabling.
• Maintain procedures and document SOPs.
• Initiate and manage RMAs with equipment vendors.
• Provide after-hours on-call support in rotation.
• Coordinate inventory and international shipments.
• Travel up to 10%.
