Qualifications

Responsibilities

Repair and service various brands of copier machines and printers to ensure operation.
Conduct quality inspections on stock upon arrival to verify standards.
Perform product testing on copiers/printers to assess performance.
Provide technical reports on sample quality to support decisions.
Resolve customer complaints about faulty products on-site.
File and maintain records of samples sent for testing and faulty items.
Collaborate with team members to complete additional tasks as assigned.
