Job summary

Keifer Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to assist the Project Manager in all works related to water pipe construction. The role involves understanding project plans, coordinating with government agencies and consultants, and preparing technical reports.

The candidate should be able to visit sites frequently, communicate in English, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Driving license is preferred, with adhoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE board.
• Able to visit site frequently.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in all aspects of works.
• Understudy water pipe construction activities, progress, planning, implementation and monitoring of schedules as per master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with government agencies for the works.
• Coordinate site activities with consultants (QPS) and subcontractors; address technical issues.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Prepare reports and method statements as needed.
• Manage and monitor site condition and coordinate with team.
• Drawings for submission.
• Office work for paperwork and site visits for progression.
• Adhoc tasks assigned by Management.
