Job summary

AEQON TJ PTE. LTD. is seeking a field technician to maintain CCTV surveillance, EACS, and related systems, and to support testing and commissioning across multiple projects.

The role requires site surveys with customers, on-site technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and testing/commissioning of cameras and access-control devices for integration with backend systems. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Security Engineering required.
• 2–3 years working experience in similar or relevant function and industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good customer management and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to multi-task.
• Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work at height; experience at Changi Airport preferred.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform site survey with customers to capture essential requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders received by Project and Customer Care departments.
• Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on CCTV surveillance, EACS and associated systems.
• Conduct testing & commissioning of cameras, EACS and devices for integration with backend system switches.
• Prepare investigation and fault-finding reports with root cause analysis for customers.
• Carry out risk assessments and adhere to site safety requirements.
• Prepare & update fault logs and summary reports for customers.
• Track & update records of hardware inventory spares used.
• Able to perform frequent Work-at-Height activities safely and effectively.
• Perform 24x7 standby duties and/or shift coverage to support operations.
