ClassIn is seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist in Singapore to deploy our smart classroom ecosystem across education and corporate clients. You will manage hardware delivery, on-site installation, configuration, and reliable after-sales support, ensuring a seamless handoff.

Responsibilities include coordinating local deliveries, installation, configuring Windows/Android/macOS, diagnostics, and on-site maintenance.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, AV installation, or field service; fresh graduates welcome.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers), and operating systems (Windows, Android, macOS).
• Physically fit and comfortable handling, moving, and installing technical hardware and AV equipment on-site.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for regional teams.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate order preparation, inventory checks, and local transportation of ClassIn hardware to client sites.
• Manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate stock and asset records.
• Perform physical installation, mounting, cable management, and hardware assembly of smart classroom equipment.
• Configure software settings, operating systems (Windows/Android), and network connections, and run full system diagnostics before client handoff.
• Provide technical assistance and field support for client inquiries on ClassIn hardware and integrated software.
• Diagnose hardware failures and network issues; carry out on-site maintenance, repairs, and unit replacements as needed.
• Manage escalations and drive issues through to resolution within agreed service levels.
• Conduct product training for teachers, IT administrators, and staff on using ClassIn hardware effectively.
• Log all service tickets, issue reports, and client feedback; collaborate with engineering to relay insights and support product improvement.
• Contribute to support documentation, installation guides, and best-practice materials.
