Job summary

Responsibilities include servicing, installation, and site commissioning, leveraging machine vision or SMT/PCBA know-how to troubleshoot and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with automatic optical inspection or x-ray inspection systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT/PCBA assemblies and associated testing would be beneficial.
• Ability to install, commission, and service inspection equipment on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize inspection programs to improve accuracy and efficiency in quality control processes.
• Deliver customer training sessions and demonstrate equipment functionality to ensure effective user adoption.
• Perform servicing, installation, and site commissioning of inspection systems to guarantee operational readiness.
• Apply knowledge of machine vision or SMT/PCBA technologies to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Operate Windows operating systems to support inspection software and system maintenance.
• Manage tasks independently, prioritizing and executing work with minimal supervision.
• Prepare for and undertake travel on short notice to support customer sites and project requirements.
