Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in machine vision, vision inspection, image processing or automation preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application engineering for machine vision products.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable vision systems.
• Develop and optimize machine vision applications for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and feasibility studies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with timely solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and sales on new products.
• Prepare technical docs, reports, and customer presentations.
• Deliver product training and support to customers and internal teams.
