Job summary

TECHNOPROBE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated support engineer to deliver application solutions for probe cards in Singapore and internationally. You will partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide on-site support to address any probe-related issues across the product development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and strong problem-solving abilities. The role involves collaboration with product engineers and participation in projects aimed at enhancing testing performance at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components.
• Ability in analytical thinking and effective problem solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with analog and digital applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application support and technical solutions for probe cards.
• Partner with sales to identify customer requirements.
• Support throughout the full product development lifecycle.
• Provide technical feedback and ensure RMA repairs.
• Work closely with product engineers to ensure readiness.
• Participate in DOE projects to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction.
