Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant financial services experience.
• Native / Advanced Japanese proficiency required to support Japan business activities and stakeholder communication.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent proficiency in Data Analysis (Tableau and Qlikview), Bloomberg, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of fundamental product across FICC.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and disciplined approach to process and quality control.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients; creative problem solver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with global partners in electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product managers to provide client coverage.
• Fulfil client queries and requests for electronic execution while channeling feedback to improve pricing and product.
• Identify new client opportunities and electronic execution trends while developing cross-product skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, organization, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
