Job summary

WHITE JACKET PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-level FF&E designer to curate concepts and source furniture, fixtures, and materials in line with interior design visions.

You will prepare mood boards, specification packages, and presentations, coordinating with local and international suppliers. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of FF&E experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Revit a plus).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FF&E experience in interior design or architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing furniture, materials, and styling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Office; Revit is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Curate and develop FF&E concepts that align with the overall interior design vision.
• Source furniture, fixtures, and materials balancing functionality, beauty, and budget.
• Prepare detailed FF&E presentations, mood boards, and specification packages.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors locally and internationally.
• Support project teams from concept through to installation, including site visits when needed.
• Keep up with design trends, sustainability materials, and global sourcing options.
