Job summary

Aedas is a leading global design practice delivering hospitality interiors and lifestyle concepts. This role focuses on developing FF&E concepts, sourcing furniture and finishes, and coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure integrated, high-quality interiors.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in hospitality design, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar FF&E/hospitality role.
• Proven experience in liaison with clients and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specifications and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends and products relevant to hospitality design.

Job Summary:

Specialises in FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects. Works closely with the design team to deliver well-integrated, high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.

Requirements & Attributes
