Job summary

VIRTUS HEALTH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience throughout fertility treatment.

You will coordinate appointments, liaise with the multidisciplinary care team, and provide administrative and emotional support to patients and their partners. Responsibilities include explaining processes, managing schedules, maintaining confidentiality, and guiding patients through financial and administrative requirements with empathy

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Nursing, Hospitality, or Communications.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Ability to communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational, empathy, discretion, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary non-clinical contact for patients from enquiry to treatment completion.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, procedures, and follow-ups with care team.
• Explain processes, schedules, and payment requirements to patients.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Escalate clinical questions to nurses or specialists as needed.
• Support billing inquiries and financing options.
