CREDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK in Singapore seeks a capable operator to support Financing & Client Services (FCS) across agency, transaction management, KYC, and client service for loans and cash management. The role emphasizes risk control, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while enabling efficient transaction execution.

The successful candidate will contribute to FCS initiatives and workflow enhancements, including automation and process improvements to strengthen

Responsibilities

Provide indicative loan or deposit rates to clients daily or weekly.
Provide and collect Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) from/to clients.
Liaise with Treasury for base rates and confirm margins with Front Office before communicating with clients.
Manage bilateral loans and deposits processing for clients in scope.
Liaise with borrowers to confirm amount, tenor, and rates.
Prepare bookings tickets and ensure timely payment execution.
Follow up loans and deposits related documents.
Provide loan advice and transaction confirmations to clients.
Ensure repayments are received on value dates.
Respond to client enquiries related to statements, rates, limit availability etc.
Check Conditions Precedent (CP) before drawdown and follow up for CS documents.
Ensure compliance with Facility Agreement / L/O terms and KYC.
Raise invoices for fees and coordinate fees receivable.
Coordinate with Back Office for transaction booking under appropriate desks.
Investigate and rectify anomalies in transactions.
Provide client services and act as a key contact for account matters.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives within FCS.
