RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Consultant in Singapore, working in office-based conditions with Singapore Citizens/PR eligibility. The role focuses on supporting regulatory initiatives, risk assessments, and governance through robust FCC frameworks.

Responsibilities include advising on financial crime risks, designing controls, and driving remediation across processes and technology.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).
Knowledge of AML/CFT, Sanctions, ABC, and financial crime risk management.
Experience in compliance advisory, risk assessment, control design, governance, and regulatory change.

Responsibilities

Support governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements to drive actions to completion.
Identify and manage FCC dependencies, risks, issues, and control gaps across people, processes, technology, data, and third-party services.
Design and enhance FCC operating models, including controls, systems, reporting, governance, and service delivery frameworks.
Support transformation, integration, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.
Implement compliance solutions to address operational, regulatory, and control requirements.
Track and elevate key risks, remediation activities, and control gaps through governance channels.
Maintain and enhance FCC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide FCC advisory across products, customer journeys, business processes, and technology initiatives.
