Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Consultant to support regulatory, risk and transformation initiatives. You will apply deep FCC knowledge to advise across AML/CFT, sanctions, governance and control design.

The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions, and track record delivering in regulated environments. Office-based role with Singapore eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, Sanctions, and ABC, and financial crime risk management.
• Experience in compliance advisory, risk assessment, control design, governance, and regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements to drive actions and deliverables to completion.
• Identify and manage FCC dependencies, risks, issues, and control gaps across people, processes, technology, data, and third-party services.
• Design and enhance FCC operating models, including controls, systems, reporting, governance, and service delivery frameworks.
• Support transformation, integration, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Implement compliance solutions to address operational, regulatory, and control requirements.
• Track and escalate key risks, remediation activities, and control gaps through governance channels.
• Maintain and enhance FCC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide FCC advisory across products, customer journeys, business processes, and technology initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and support remediation of financial crime risks and control weaknesses.
