Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Consultant to support regulatory and risk initiatives. You will work on governance forums, risk assessments, and design FCC operating models.

The role emphasizes advisory across products, customer journeys, and technology, with strong focus on AML/CFT, sanctions, and ABC. Singapore citizens/PR only.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCC environments within regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to advise on risk and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, and anti-bribery considerations.
• Experience designing controls, governance, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Data, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements; drive actions and deliverables to completion.
• Identify FCC dependencies, risks, issues, and control gaps across people, processes, technology, data, and third-party services.
• Design and enhance FCC operating models, including controls, systems, reporting, governance, and service delivery frameworks.
• Support transformation, integration, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Implement compliance solutions addressing operational, regulatory, and control requirements.
• Track and escalate risks, remediation activities, and control gaps through governance channels.
• Maintain and enhance FCC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide FCC advisory across products, customer journeys, business processes, and technology initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and support identification, escalation, and remediation of financial crime risks.
• Support monitoring, assurance, and thematic reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory engagements, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare risk reporting and governance materials for senior management.
