Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project engineering or project management experience.
• Experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or related projects is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience coordinating site installation, testing, commissioning with contractors and customers.
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Based in Singapore and willing to travel to local project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple small-scale projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Follow up with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays.
• Attend project and site meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules, and meeting records.
• Coordinate project handover and ensure outstanding matters are closed.
