Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Optician in Singapore to perform eye tests, dispensing, and customer advisories. The position requires MOH registration and weekend availability, with a typical 5-day week and retail hours from morning to evening.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,100 to SGD 3,300 per month, with duties including inventory tracking and simple bookkeeping to support daily shop operations.

Qualifications

• Registered as Optician under the MOH Optometrists and Optician Board.
• Retail experience will be advantageous.
• Able to commit retail hours.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Eye and vision tests
• Dispensing
• Provide professional advices and solutions to customers
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Advise customers on proper eye care techniques
• Maintain records of customer prescription, work orders and payments
• Perform administrative duties such as tracking inventory and sales, submitting patient insurance information and performing simple bookkeeping
• Ensure smooth running of daily shop operations and adhoc duties
