Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking fresh Diploma graduates to join the Production Engineering team in a medical device manufacturing setting. The role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, process validation, and equipment maintenance within a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, with a strong willingness to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and engineering principles.
• Hands-on with machines and production equipment; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a production/engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Conduct process validation activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Identify and assist in resolving equipment and production-related issues.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding technical purchases and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production leaders on production schedules, audits and stock-taking.
• Maintain relevant engineering and maintenance documentation.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned.
