Recruit Express Pte Ltd is urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical device manufacturing equipment, with opportunities for conversion to a permanent position.

The successful candidate will read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, assist with installation and calibration, and ensure safety and quality standards across 24/7 manufacturing

• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes of failures.
• Read electrical schematics and equipment manuals for servicing.
• Support installation, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
• Work with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing requirements.

URGENT HIRING | Woodlands | Contract-to-Permanent

We are urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations of a leading medical device company in Woodlands, Singapore!

Learn and support manufacturing operations involving diagnostic devices, cardiac monitoring devices, pacemakers and cardiac leads, with opportunities for conversion to a permanent position ~

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Support the transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and other ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
