Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is urgently seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations of a leading medical device company in Changi. You will perform preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot and repair to minimise downtime, and help ensure safe, compliant production.

This role offers opportunities to work with diagnostic devices, cardiac monitoring devices, pacemakers, and cardiac leads, with potential conversion to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Support the transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and other ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
