GLADIOLUS PLACE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a caring staff member to provide care and supervision for residents and to support their daily activities. The role emphasizes listening, positive guidance, and promoting development in a respectful, safe environment.

You will be a reliable team member, upholding the Code of Conduct and ensuring residents arrive on time for activities, while staying vigilant for mood changes and rule adherence. This position is on-site at our residential facility.

Responsabilidades

To be positive role models to all residents
To provide care and supervision to the resident
To be a good listener to the residents and if needed, offer positive advice
To aid in basic development and change process of the residents
To ensure the safety of the residents at all times
To ensure that the residents are punctual and on time for activities and programmes
To treat every resident with dignity, respect and equality
As a team member, you are to be available at all times (whether on or off duty) to assist colleagues in need
To report to the designated Supervisor or Head of Operations
To abide by the Code of Conduct
To accompany the residents for activities when required
Be vigilant to the mood of resident(s) and behavioural changes
To ensure every resident adheres to rules and regulations
To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and senior management.
