Goodlink Manpower Resources Pte Ltd invites a motivated freelance agency consultant to join a growing team in Singapore. You will manage client inquiries, interview and match domestic helpers with employers, and coordinate with corporate clients on migrant worker recommendations.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Agency Consultant to join our growing team. If you are interested or have a strong background in the domestic helper industry and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries and provide suitable helper recommendations

• Conduct interviews and matching of domestic helpers to employers

• Liaise with corporate companies and provide suitable Migrant Worker recommendations.

• Provide consultation on hiring processes, documentation, and requirements

• Maintain good relationships with clients and helpers

• Ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved

Requirements:

Prior experience in a maid agency or related field (Nonexperience with CEI BASIC may apply too)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Min. Basic CEI Certification

• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently

• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
