Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of reliability testing and FA experience in semiconductors.
• Familiarity with FA techniques such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB.

Responsibilities

• Support failure analyses and qualification activities for process improvements.
• Advise teams on appropriate analysis methods to determine failure causes.
• Ensure machine readiness and supplier readiness for new tools.
• Develop analysis capabilities to enhance defect detection and productivity.
• Drive cost and cycle-time improvements and participate in audits.
