• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field with 5+ years of people management or faculty administration experience.
• Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities across levels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end faculty recruitment lifecycle including onboarding, appraisal, promotion and reappointment.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre academic talent.
• Ensure appointment processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with policies and timelines.
• Drive improvements to deliver a positive experience for faculty and stakeholders.
• Lead faculty development, engagement, and succession planning.
• Manage faculty welfare, wellbeing, and student–faculty matters.
• Plan and manage faculty offices, labs, and shared facilities to optimise space.
• Analyse data and prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to foster collaboration.
