Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in manufacturing, operations management or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing production teams.
• Familiarity with production planning and factory automation systems.
• Experience working in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production department to meet output, quality, and delivery KPIs.
• Develop and implement production plans, manpower, and capacity to support project demands.
• Manage production scheduling and resource allocation for fabrication and assembly lines.
• Drive productivity improvements and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of customer orders and project requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and project teams for smooth workflow and delivery.
• Review production reports and identify optimization opportunities and cost improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Singapore WSH regulations.
