Job summary

MDI Fortune Pte Ltd looks for a reliable Factory Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment across office, pantry, toilets and common areas at Kallang Place, Singapore. You will work within a structured daily routine, ensuring high cleanliness standards throughout the day.

The role emphasises reliability and attention to detail, with strict safety practices and regular hours: Mon–Fri 7:00am–4:00pm, Sat 7:00am–11:00am. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness in offices, pantries, toilets and common areas.
• Ability to follow structured daily routines and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to workplace hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise office workstations, desks, meeting rooms, reception areas and common areas.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors daily.
• Dust furniture, shelves, windowsills and office equipment.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean glass doors, windows and partitions.
• Keep walkways, staircases, corridors and common areas clean.
• Keep entrances and exits free from dust and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of staff rest areas and locker areas.
• Clean and sanitise pantry areas and appliances.
• Wash and store pantry utensils when required.
• Ensure pantry areas are clean and presentable.
• Clean and disinfect toilets and washrooms regularly.
• Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, towels and consumables.
• Ensure washrooms remain clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Monitor washroom conditions and attend to cleaning promptly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform when replenishment is required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored after use.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning according to schedule.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Wear PPE when required.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with office setup and cleaning around events.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 11:00am
Sunday: Rest Day

Job Responsibilities

Office & Common Areas

• Clean and sanitise office workstations, desks, meeting rooms, reception areas and common areas.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors daily.

• Ensure pantry areas are clean, hygienic and presentable.

Toilet & Washroom Cleaning

• Clean and disinfect toilets and washrooms regularly.
• Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and other consumables.
• Ensure ALL washrooms remain clean, hygienic and presentable throughout the day.
• Monitor washroom conditions and attend to cleaning requirements promptly.

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform Management when replenishment is required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned and stored after use.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning according to the scheduled cleaning programme.

Workplace Safety

• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Ensure cleaning activities do not create safety hazards for employees and visitors.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged facilities or potential safety hazards to Management promptly.

Additional Duties

• Assist with office setup and cleaning before or after company events when required.
• Carry out any other cleaning-related duties assigned by Management.
