Job summary

MDI Fortune Pte Ltd invites applications for a Factory Cleaner position at Kallang Place, Singapore. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across offices, pantry, toilets and common areas in a structured daily routine.

Responsibilities include sanitising workstations, sweeping, mopping, discarding waste, stocking supplies, and ensuring safety with PPE. The role requires reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Ability to follow daily schedules and checklists.
Attention to hygiene, safety and detail in duties.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise office workstations, desks, meeting rooms, reception areas and common areas.
Sweep, mop and vacuum floors daily.
Dust furniture, shelves, windowsills and office equipment.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Clean glass doors, windows and partitions.
Keep walkways, staircases, corridors and designated common areas clean.
Keep entrances and exits free from dust and debris.
Maintain cleanliness of staff rest areas and locker areas.
Clean and sanitise pantry areas, including sinks, countertops, tables and appliances.
Wash and store pantry utensils when required.
Ensure pantry areas are clean, hygienic and presentable.
Clean and disinfect toilets and washrooms regularly.
Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and other consumables.
Ensure ALL washrooms remain clean, hygienic and presentable throughout the day.
Monitor washroom conditions and attend to cleaning requirements promptly.
Monitor cleaning supplies and inform Management when replenishment is required.
Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned and stored after use.
Perform periodic deep cleaning according to the scheduled cleaning programme.
Follow workplace safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
Ensure cleaning activities do not create safety hazards for employees and visitors.
Report maintenance issues, damaged facilities or potential safety hazards to Management promptly.
Assist with office setup and cleaning before or after company events when required.
Carry out any other cleaning-related duties assigned by Management.
