Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician 4 to monitor, operate and maintain critical facility systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will perform inspections, scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting a fast-paced production floor. The role requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC in a related engineering field and 3–4 years of cleanroom facilities experience, with the ability to work 12-hour

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology or related fields.
• 3–4 years in cleanroom facilities in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of facility systems and engineering principles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monitoring, operation, maintenance, daily inspection and checklist on facility systems (Air-conditioning, ACMV, DIW, Wastewater, Process cooling, Exhaust, Gaseous & Electrical distribution).
• Perform minor repair and rectification on facility systems and equipment.
• Detect and contain facility-related problems and follow up with system engineer for elimination.
• Assist system engineer to perform data analysis and prepare monthly reports.
• Lead the team, guide shift members and resolve day-to-day operation issues.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification, maintenance, and alterations.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as scheduled.
• Ensure work is completed per requirements and schedule.
• Record weekly and monthly utilities meter readings with internal team.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers; write and submit breakdown/incident reports.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• To oversee monitoring, operation, maintenance, daily inspection and checklist on the following Facility Systems such as Centralized Water-cooled and Air-cooled air-conditioning system, ACMV, CDA (Compressed Dry Air), DIW (Deionized Water), Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Reclaim System, Glycerin Water, Process Cooling Water, Exhaust Fan, Gaseous and Electrical Distribution systems
• To perform minor repair and rectification works on above-mentioned Facility systems and equipment
• Able to detect, contain the facility related problem and follow up with system engineer for elimination
• To assists system engineer to perform data analysis and calculation, prepare monthly reports
• To lead the team, guide the shift members and solve the day-to-day operation and maintenance issues
• To liaise with contractors to perform rectification works, routine maintenance works, and addition & alteration works
• To perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) works as per schedule
• To ensure the works are properly executed and completed according to requirements and schedule
• Liaise with internal team members to record weekly and monthly Utilities meter reading
• Liaise and coordinate with co-workers, internal and external customers
• Able to write and submit breakdown/incident report
• To carry out any other duties require assigned by supervisor

Required Experience and Skills

• Diploma/ Higher NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology or related fields
• Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in cleanroom facilities department of an electrical / electronics industry and clean room back-ground. Experience in wafer manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of facility systems and engineering
• Skill in reading and evaluating technical drawings and schematics
• Skill in effectively working with team
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
• Able to work proactive, self-starter and independently and be a team player and commitment to do overtime as when required

Desired Experience and Skills
