Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd is seeking a maintenance professional to perform scheduled PM & CM activities and support facility operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will work closely with the Facility Engineer and plant O&M teams to ensure quality, timely delivery of maintenance tasks in line with HSSE guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in facilities maintenance, PC literacy, and a Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in facilities maintenance.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Execute the scheduled, routine, PM & CM maintenance activities within schedules.
• Reports directly to the Facility Engineer. Working very closely with each plant O&M Team.
• Quality preventative and predictive maintenance practices to be consistently executed effectively.
• Execute all assigned work types and deliver in a timely manner.
• Ensure all practices are in accordance to site HSSE guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to a healthy work environment in all offices and workspaces.
• Key proactive member of the Sembcorp facility and fleet management team.
• Other areas, structures and infrastructure as deemed necessary.
