Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a talented Facilities Engineer to manage daily plant infrastructure, electrical and energy systems in a highly technical aerospace environment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of facilities experience and SCEM certification. You will lead preventive maintenance, CAPA, and energy-management initiatives while coordinating with contractors to uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Valid Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Certificate is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities/equipment management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace or industrial facilities advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS, predictive maintenance and energy management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility, plant infrastructure and equipment maintenance.
• Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for equipment failures.
• Oversee M&E systems including electrical, air-conditioning, chillers, air compressors/dryers and utilities.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors for maintenance, installation and facility improvement projects.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability and Energy Management System (EMS) initiatives.
• Support HSE, regulatory compliance, project documentation and facility improvement activities.
