Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a courteous Admin/Driver to support operations and ensure safe transport of guests, clients, doctors and employees for official duties and events in Singapore and Malaysia. You will manage document distribution, laundry transfers, and clinical equipment across clinics and office, handle minor repairs, and coordinate with contractors to keep facilities running smoothly.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; Sat 8:30am-12:30pm.

Qualifications

Good customer service orientation and ability to interact with people of all levels.
Possess a valid Class 3/3A license with excellent driving record.
Familiar with Singapore roads.
Experience in handyman duties will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsible for safe transport of the Company’s guests, clients, doctors and employees for official duties and events in Singapore and Malaysia (Johor Bahru).
Manage the internal distribution of documents and letters, collection and transfer of laundry, and clinical equipment across the clinics and office.
Resolve operational issues in an effective manner, including general repair and office services.
Maintain Company Car, including ensuring that the interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean and sending it for periodic servicing.
Coordinate with appointed contractors to ensure smooth process and completion of routine maintenance and repairs.
Any other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor or management
