MICRON Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a facilities professional to coordinate tool installation, utilities release, and related safety procedures. You will work with contractors and Fab owners to meet schedules and maintain cleanroom standards.

Emphasizing safety, data collection for utilities tracking, and AI-assisted tooling, the role requires collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Competenze

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Semiconductor and Cleanroom experience.
• Facilities field or Wafer Fab Manufacturing equipment background will be an advantage.

• Coordinate with tool-install contractors to hookup equipment within schedule and budget.
• Facilitate utilities release with Fab equipment owner and update tool release status timely.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure EHS compliance.
• Actively participate in safety discussions, training and safe work practices.
• Identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency.
• Interact with peers and vendors, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information.
• Keep Supervisor informed regarding progress and abnormalities observed in your area.

• Follow area-specific procedures and documentation.
• Prioritize work tasks to meet schedule with minimum guidance.
• Perform utilities-related troubleshooting and cleanroom systems tasks.
• Turn on utilities after installation completion.
• Test and balance Exhaust for manufacturing tools when necessary.
• Measure utilities for tool consumption.
• Use data organization, calculation, and display methods for utilities tracking.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all tool-install contractors to execute equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking and relocation tools, to meet high quality standard, dynamicscheduleand forecasted budget

• Coordinate with Fab equipment owner tofacilitateutilities release as per planned schedule, and update tool release statustimely

• Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with EHS related regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures and permit to work system

• Play an active role in safety, activelyparticipatingin safety discussion,trainingand safe work practices

• Establish regular area walks toidentifyopportunities for improved safety, cleanliness,housekeepingand efficiency

• Establish regular, working interaction with peers as well as vendor involved in tool installation communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information

• Keep Supervisor informedregardingprogress of assigned work as well as any abnormalitiesobservedin your area

• Demonstrate ability to understand drawing and highlighting discrepancies

• Follow area-specific procedures and documentation

• Prioritize work tasks to meet schedule and expectation with minimum guidance

• Perform tool related utilities and cleanroom systems troubleshooting

• To perform utilities turn-on after installation completion

• To perform test and balancing of Exhaust for manufacturing tools whenever necessary

• To perform measurement of utilities for tool consumption

• Use methods to organize, calculate, and display data accurately for utilities tracking and flowrate measurement

• Perform site activities in accordancetoFacilities Discipline

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering or equivalent.

• Semiconductor and Cleanroom experience.

• Facilities field or Wafer Fab Manufacturing equipment background will be an advantage.
