BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for maintaining plant facilities, utilities, HVAC systems, and cleanroom environments in a controlled manufacturing setting. You will ensure safe, compliant operations and support GMP, quality, and environmental requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years of related maintenance experience, cleanroom exposure preferred, and strong ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Cleanroom experience preferred in pharma/biotech/medical devices/semiconductor sectors.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and environmental monitoring.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of GMP, safety procedures, and energy management.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility and utility systems.
Operate and maintain HVAC, HEPA filters, AHUs, chilled water, exhausts, and environmental controls.
Monitor cleanroom conditions: temp, humidity, airflow, differential pressure, particles.
Troubleshoot systems including plumbing, electrical, and BMS/BAS.
Support qualification, validation, commissioning, and modifications.
Respond to alarms and outages to minimize downtime.
Coordinate maintenance with production, quality, engineering, and contractors.
Maintain accurate work orders, equipment histories, calibration, and CMMS records.
Inspect life-safety systems and energy management processes.
